This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the rules for using the services provided by VA SHIFT LLC dba ReleaseOS ("ReleaseOS"). By using our platform, you agree to comply with this policy. Any violation may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account.
1. Compliance with Platform Terms
ReleaseOS provides analytics by integrating with third-party platforms. You must not use ReleaseOS in any way that violates the Terms of Service or Developer Policies of:
- Spotify, Apple Music, and SoundCloud
- Google (YouTube)
- TikTok and Meta (Instagram)
- X (formerly Twitter)
You are responsible for ensuring your use of music and social data remains within the "Permitted Uses" defined by these platforms.
